1) Click Share screen → choose a screen / window / tab.
2) Click Freeze frame to lock a frame (recommended).
3) Drag on the preview to select a rectangle → Download selection.

Tip: If the video looks “scaled”, that’s normal — the download will match the selected pixels of the captured frame.
If you don’t freeze, the selection still works, but the frame may change while you drag.
